Personalized Mental Health Care

Whole body, comprehensive and individualized  approach to mental health care that focuses not only on treating symptoms but also promoting general wellbeing physically and mentally.

Our mission

Rather than just the absence of a mental disorder, mental health encompasses a whole spectrum between wellness and illness. This is your overall well-being defined by the stability of your moods, emotions, stress adaptability, productivity, and ability to cope with everyday life.

Excellence is our Standard of Care

It is your body and we respect that. What you put into your body should be your decision.

We do not believe in telling people what to do. Instead, we would like to work with you and provide scientific evidence and logic for the proposed plan of care.

We believe in a holistic approach to mental health that combines lifestyle, exercise, mindfulness, therapy when needed, and medications.

We want you to be very involved in your care as only YOU can tell us how and what you are feeling.
