  • Dr. Arbach worked for years with war victims and developed a longstanding experience in treating trauma and adversity related issues. 

  • Dr. Arbach focuses on a wellness and whole person approach to mental health. She is active locally and nationally in physician wellness activities by leading support groups and seminars on the topic of professionals' wellness.

  • ​Dr. Arbach believes in integrating nutritional and lifestyle assessments with biological, psychological, and social factors in the healing process.


Majed Dalloul, MD

  • Dr. Dalloul has special focus on treatment of mood and anxiety disorders with a combination of medications and talk therapy.

  • Dr. Dalloul has a special interest in advancing access to mental health and reducing disparities.

Sherin Vachaparambil,

  • Dr. Vacha has experience in treating all forms of psychopathologies. Her main interest is evaluation and treatment of mood disorders.

  • Experience working both inpatient and outpatient throughout the US at various state facilities, private clinics, and VA hospital with both veterans and active duty military.

  • Focuses on whole health; with interest in integrative approaches.


Mary Maiellaro

  • Practice Manager

  • Mary has a degree in Psychology with a background of working as direct support for patients in residential care and management experience in the field of finance.

  • Mary also has experience as an Aftercare Specialist. She would provide and guide patients with resources prior to discharging care, to ensure a safe plan. 

  • At ABH, Mary develops a relationship with those in our community to connect children and adults in need with our talented physicians.

  • Mary's goal at ABH is to build meaningful relationships with our patients, maintain a safe and welcoming space, and ensure prompt communication for any and all questions that may come up between visits.
